Contact your legislators! Turn your attention to HB301 immediately, and share this alert!

The Senate Rules committee amended the bill (PN 2311) to add their gimme on EITC and OSTC funding back in after the House removed it a few weeks ago, which leaves all of the incredibly dangerous language in the bill (to include the mental health compulsory trauma screenings without parental consent, broadened authority for Department of Education which could include mask mandates and compulsory vaccinations, and Dept of Homeland Security involvement).

The bill will now go back over to the House today for concurrence.  We need every abled person to not only contact their legislators ASAP. Tag them on as many social media posts as possible, include the link to this announcement, and make everyone aware – including them – that we know what they are trying to do and will be called out for it.  Remember, anything posted to a legislator’s official social media account cannot be deleted (as long as it is appropriate).

The bill passed 43-7 with the seven senators that voted “NO” being DiSanto, Hutchinson, Kearney, Mastriano, Muth, Saval, and Williams (L).  That means that nearly all of our “conservative” senators voted in favor of restricting parental rights and expanding authority for the Department of Education.

When available, the official vote total will be available here.
